Most small businesses mean to reply to every Google review. Then a busy week happens, and the 2 star one sits there for a month with nothing under it. Review Autopilot reads your new reviews, writes a reply that sounds like a person wrote it, and waits for you to say yes before anything goes live.
Built on Google's official Business Profile API. You connect with your own Google login, and you can remove access any time from your Google account.
01 / How it works
Four steps, and you stay in charge of every word.

New review comes in
It gets picked up and a reply is drafted. Short, specific to what the customer said, not the same "Thank you for your feedback!" on every one.

You approve or edit
You get the draft by email. Approve it, change a line, or write your own. Nothing posts without your OK.

Bad review alert
A 1, 2 or 3 star review triggers an alert straight away, so you can call the customer before you reply in public.

No fake reviews, ever
This tool only replies. It never writes, buys or filters reviews. That is against Google's rules and gets profiles suspended.

Early access: after you pay, I set up your account by hand and email you within 2 working days with the Google connect link. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which also sends your receipts and lets you cancel.
04 / Privacy
What I touch and what I don't.
- Access is only to the Business Profile you connect, through Google's official API.
- Review text is used to draft replies and your monthly summary. It is not sold or shared.
- Replies post only after you approve them.
- You can disconnect any time at myaccount.google.com, under third-party connections.
- Cancel the plan and your data is deleted within 30 days.
